I have been licensed since 2000. My specialty target areas are the Gulf Coast Beaches. Pinellas County, Hernando County, Pasco County Citrus County. I'm also affiliated with the Realtors Association of Citrus. I'm well versed in the First Time Homebuyers Program as well as the Veterans. I've also volunteered at the Bill Young Bay Pines Hospital visiting with some of our Hero Veterans. Sold and listed numerous homes for our local nurses. Lastly, I occasionally provide a BPO Report for lenders when requested. To sum it up I Love my job. Making families happy.
