Originally from Kilkenny, Ireland and having lived many years in the UK and spent much time in Spain, Alice Anne Jackson moved with her husband and their two children to the US in 2010. Alice says their love for the sun and outdoor way of living lead to their decision to relocate to the Sunshine State. Her family feels fortunate to have found Windermere and to call it their home. Given today’s dynamic real estate market, Alice leverages on her extensive global experience in financial markets and US emigration to bring a wealth of knowledge and network of contacts to her clients. Whether helping you to buy or sell your home, with her financial acumen, attention to detail and skills in negotiation, Alice’s approach to real estate centers on keeping her clients abreast of market trends and conditions, providing realistic and attainable property values whilst providing a high level of dedicated customer service. Alice specializes in luxury residential sales from golf and country club lifestyle to lakefront living. After attaining her BSc degree in Accounting and Financial Management, UK, followed by her Masters at the prestigious UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Ireland, Alice qualified as a chartered accountant (FCA) whilst working for KPMG in Dublin. This path led her into Financial Control and then to the financial markets where as a registered SFA Securities Financial Derivatives Representative at ING Bank NV Alice traded in foreign exchange, fixed income and derivatives running the Fixed Income Emerging Markets desk in London. Alice is a realtor and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Alice enjoys playing tennis, reading and boating on the Windermere Butler Chain of Lakes where she currently resides with her family.
