Hi, I’m Alicia Otto - a dedicated real estate professional with a strong background in business, property management, and client service. Originally from Germany, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Economics and wrote my thesis on “Valuing Residential Real Estate: An Analysis of Traditional and Modern Property Valuation Methods,” which deepened my passion for the real estate industry and market analysis. Before transitioning into real estate full-time, I worked in BMW Corporate Portfolio Management, helping oversee more than 600 properties and gaining valuable experience in operations, organization, and high-level client communication. That experience shaped the detail-oriented and solution-focused approach I bring to every transaction today. As a world traveler, former exchange student, and Au Pair in the United States, I’ve learned how important communication, adaptability, and genuine relationships are. I’m also a proud dog mama to two lovable pups who keep life fun and adventurous outside of work. My clients know me as someone who is dependable, hardworking, and committed to getting the job done the right way.
