Having deep roots in Nashville and strong connections in Southwest Florida gives my clients a unique advantage when it comes to timing, pricing, and finding the right opportunity. Nashville is more than a market to me. I raised my family there and built my career on relationships, trust, and steady negotiation. Before real estate, I was immersed in the equestrian world, which instilled discipline, attention to detail, and a true appreciation for land, lifestyle, and long term value.
