Andrés A. Serafini is the Founder of The Washingtonian Group and Co-Founder of Realty of America. A Washington, DC native and Bethesda resident, he is a first-generation Colombian and Italian American with a deep understanding of the diverse and dynamic real estate market in the DC metro area. With nearly two decades of experience, Andrés has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results, serving both domestic and international clientele. His background in politics and international relations, including his tenure as a Congressional Liaison for the Organization of American States, has equipped him with invaluable insights and a powerful network that continue to benefit his clients today. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, he provides a global perspective while maintaining a hyper-local approach to real estate. Before co-founding Realty of America, Andrés served as Senior Vice President for the #1 producing @properties franchise in the nation, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the brokerage to over 400 agents and generating billions of dollars in annual sales. Under his leadership, The Washingtonian Group has achieved a combined total sales volume of $700 million, solidifying its status as a top-producing team nationwide. Specializing in record-breaking luxury sales and multibillion-dollar developments, Andrés has brokered some of the largest and most complex transactions in the region.
