I was a Realtor in Las Vegas for 12 years pre and post 2008 crisis. I experienced both sides of the boom and bust of the housing market in Nevada and quickly, and at times forcibly, learned short sale negotiations and foreclosure proceedings. Although a sad time for many, we were able to help people out of their unfortunate situations while allowing other clients to purchase great properties. I have relocated back to my home town and am ready to help all my current and future clients in their real estate endeavors.
