My name is Ashley James, and I am a licensed Realtor with Texas Real Estate Executives – The Daniels Group. Since beginning my real estate career in 2019, my goal has always been to help clients make confident and informed decisions when buying or selling property. One of the things that sets me apart is my background in both real estate and mortgage lending. In addition to being a Realtor, I am also a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Officer (RMLO). I have experience as a wholesale and retail mortgage processor and loan officer assistant, which allows me to understand the lending side of transactions in greater detail and provide my clients with valuable insight into financing, buyer qualifications, and how loan approvals impact the sale of a home. Through my additional work, I have developed a strong understanding of underwriting requirements, lending guidelines, and what it takes to move a transaction from contract to closing successfully. This knowledge helps me anticipate potential issues early and guide my clients through the process with clarity and confidence. When working with sellers, I focus on three key things: accurate pricing, strong marketing, and clear communication. Pricing a home correctly and positioning it strategically in the market are some of the most important factors in attracting qualified buyers and achieving the best possible outcome. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while helping my clients protect one of their largest financial investments.
