I am a Central Valley realtor. I primarily serve San Joaquin, Sacramento, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties and beyond. As a member of LPT Realty, Inc and the Carrasco team, it is my goal to earn your confidence, trust and future business. I am here to help you buy or sell a home. Prior to joining LPT Realty, Inc and the Carrasco team, I was a real estate sales agent with Century 21 Select Real Estate, Inc. I will be your advocate in the buying or selling of your home. I have also worked for the UC Berkeley in the Campus Planning and Housing Development Services departments and for two housing authorities.I have a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Advancing Social and Economic Value Creation, Business for Impact, from Georgetown University, and a certificate of completion of Appraisal Principles and Procedure, Anthony Schools. I am a member of Central Valley Association of REALTORS®, CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA). I have the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the At Home with Diversity (AHWD®) certification. I serve on Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Communities of Color Advisory Board. I am a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. I was an adult volunteer with Girl Scouts of Northern California for several years and a lifetime member of Girl Scout Alumnae of Northern California, San Francisco Bay Area. My husband and I have two adult children. One graduated from UC Davis and the other graduated from UOP. We serve at our church and in the community.
