Bahia Williams Group, Robert and Margarita Williams, have been working in real estate over 3 decades. We work with sellers and buyers and focus on providing our clients with the best representation possible, resulting in the highest return on their investment, which is usually their home. We have years of assisting clients with distressed property sales as well, including properties that are in or near foreclosure and/or involved in a Bankruptcy proceeding. We utilize many different platforms for placing your property in its best light, in front of the most buyers, from Social Media and MLS campaigns, to direct mailers to all active California Realtors and Brokers who maintain an active email account wherever they may be. We offer different options to each unique client such as photography, reports and other cost saving options. Upon close of escrow we donate 10% of our compensation to local children's charities, as well as to Casa del Sol Children's Home in San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico through BahiaWilliams4Kids.
