The Bahia Williams Group is comprised of Robert and Margarita Williams, Realtors with over 30 years combined experience in real estate. We work with sellers and buyers and focus on providing our clients with the best representation possible, resulting in the highest return on their investment, which for most of us is our home or other real estate investments. We provide a true 24/7 work platform and make each client a priority, no matter the price point. Additionally, we have years of assisting clients with distressed property sales as well, including properties that are in or near foreclosure and/or involved in a Bankruptcy proceeding. We utilize many different platforms for placing your property in its best light, in front of the most buyers, from Social Media and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) campaigns, to email notice of New Listings, Open Houses and other Notices to all active California Realtors and Brokers who maintain an active email account with the California Department of Real Estate . Since each property and each client is unique, we tailor our representation to meet your needs, your goals and your expectations. We provide our clients with a suite of photographs of their property, drone and video in many cases as well, we also provide a dedicated website for each listing in additional to the property being listed on the MLS and all other real estate syndications. Additionally we provide for a termite and pest report, Preliminary Title Report and Natural Hazard Reports for each listing we represent. Upon the successful closing of escrow, the Bahia Williams Group donates 10% of its net compensation to children's charities locally as well as to Casa del Sol Children's Home in San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico through BahiaWilliams4Kids. One last thing, the Bahia Williams Group is a family, it is not just Robert and Margarita, it is also their adult sons, Javier, Tavyan and Adrien, who have all grown up around real estate. It is our vendors and service providers, from painters, to handymen, to landscapers, electricians and movers, and it is our Brokerage, Aldina Real Estate, Inc. and all of its agents who support our mission and who are truly the Bahia Williams Group family.
