About

Advocacy. Discretion. Results. Let’s get one thing straight: I don’t sell houses, I fight for Buyers purchasing a home. For over 35 years, I’ve been the guy you want in your corner when the stakes are high, the Sellers are smug, and you refuse to overpay. I grew up working in a family real estate business in upstate New York, which means I was learning about deals, trust, and loyalty while other kids were learning how to parallel park. I sharpened my skills in Rhode Island while studying finance at Providence College, then made the best move of my life—Fort Lauderdale. The Sunshine, the lifestyle, no income tax… what’s not to love? That’s where I launched Luxury Home Consultants, one of Florida’s first and only brokerages to represent Buyers exclusively. Why? Because compromise is a tool, not a default—you collaborate when it gains you leverage, and you avoid it altogether when your Buyer holds the upper hand My track record? 2,200+ Buyer transactions. Over $2.5 billion in sales. Clients who include Fortune 500 execs, athletes, celebrities, and entrepreneurs. They trust me because I call it like it is—no fluff, no sugarcoating, and zero conflicts of interest. I don’t list properties, so I never have to “switch hats” mid-deal to act “transactionally” (which, in my opinion, is just Dual Agency in a cheap disguise). An agent can’t serve two sides. My loyalty is 100% yours—without exception. I also hold designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®). Translation: I know how to read a market, outmaneuver the other side, and—frankly—I hate to lose. Ask around and you’ll hear the stories. One Seller once told me I “outmaneuvered his agent at every turn” and then asked me to represent him for his upcoming purchase. That’s not an insult in my book—that’s a standing ovation. When I’m not negotiating deals, you’ll probably find me on the water or around airplanes. I have a passion for aviation, boating, and I’ve proudly served for over two decades in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. It’s all part of the lifestyle that drew me—and my clients—to South Florida in the first place. For many of my clients—executives, athletes, celebrities—privacy isn’t optional, it’s essential. Discretion and sometimes complete anonymity are part of the job, and I take that responsibility as seriously as the negotiation itself. And here’s the bottom line: I go beyond helping you buy a property—I protect your money, your time, and your peace of mind like it’s my own. I make sure you walk away with the deal you deserve, the satisfaction that your purchase goals were fully achieved, and the story of how your broker outworked, outsmarted, and out-negotiated everyone else in the room. Because at the end of the day, I’m not in this business to play nice. I’m in it to make damn sure you win.
