Hi, my name is Britney Spence! I am a native of Elizabeth City, NC. Although I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 2020, I initially worked part-time while gaining experience in the industry. Real estate has been a part of my life for quite some time. My mom has been a licensed Realtor serving the Raleigh area since I was around 11 or 12 years old. I can recall going to the office with her, attending open houses, and participating in broker opens. She inspired me to continue learning and serving others in this field. I was also a teacher until recently. The same passion and dedication I devoted to helping my students understand new concepts is what I now bring to assisting homebuyers, sellers, and anyone who may need guidance navigating the world of real estate. My goal is to make every step of the process as simple and stress-free as possible while creating a personalized experience that fosters lasting relationships.
