My work focuses on waterfront, second-home, luxury, and boat-accessible properties, where experience, perspective, and careful positioning can make a meaningful difference. I moved to the coast in 2010 because the water felt like home, and that connection continues to shape how I approach real estate. My foundation began with courthouse-step investing, where I learned firsthand how timing, positioning, and restraint influence outcomes. Those lessons still guide how I represent my sellers today. I’m known for being steady, clear, and intentional throughout the selling process. From pricing and presentation to marketing strategy, my goal is to help buyers recognize a home’s value without unnecessary pressure or noise. With firsthand experience boating, fishing, and living aboard, I bring a practical understanding of waterfront real estate - including docks, water access, tides, and orientation - and factor those details into how each property is positioned from the start.
