Before transitioning into real estate leadership, Brooks worked as a Senior Finance Executive with major organizations, including The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he helped oversee large commercial and residential real estate assets. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he provides a high level of financial insight, attention to detail, and analytical expertise rarely found in the real estate industry. Since 2016, Brooks has successfully guided buyers, sellers, investors, and families through hundreds of real estate transactions across Texas, ranging from first-time home purchases to luxury estates, commercial properties, farm and ranch land, and investment opportunities. Known for professionalism, integrity, and a systems-driven approach, Brooks has built a reputation for delivering a seamless and results-focused client experience.
