Nice to meet you! I’m Coral Cribb, a full-time Realtor® and team lead with the Living Florida Group at United Real Estate Gallery. I live in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville with my two boys and our pups, Goose and Boogie, and when I’m not working, you can usually find me at a live music show, exploring Northeast Florida, or spending time with my family. I was born and raised in the Florida Keys and later attended school in Gainesville before making Jacksonville my home in 2016. I genuinely believe homeownership is one of the strongest paths to building long-term wealth - and Northeast Florida is one of the best markets in the country to do it. Real estate has been part of my world since childhood. My stepmother was a top producer in the Keys, and growing up watching her ignited a lifelong passion for helping people find the right place to call home. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent many successful years in sales and Property & Casualty Insurance, which gave me a strong foundation in contracts, risk management, and client care. Today, I help buyers and sellers navigate the Northeast Florida market with clarity and confidence. In the past 24 months, I’ve guided more than 30 homeowners through their sale or purchase and surpassed $10M in personal sales volume. My approach is simple: be honest, be proactive, communicate well, and make the process feel as stress-free as possible.
