I’m Caitlyn Hill, a licensed Realtor® with Kornerstone Properties serving Northeast and East Tennessee. I work with buyers and sellers at every stage, including first-time homebuyers, out-of-state relocations, and military families. I’m a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and a Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®). I’m also a Preferred Agent with the Military Moves Network and a THDA-Preferred Realtor®, which allows me to better guide clients through specialized financing and relocation options when available. Originally from New York and now proudly rooted in East Tennessee, I bring a strong relocation perspective and a deep understanding of what buyers and sellers need when making big life moves.
