With 23 years of real estate experience, I’ve helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate everything from first homes and luxury properties to income-producing investments, waterfront estates, golf course communities, fixer-uppers, and distressed sales. I also previously owned and managed up to 33 rental units, giving me firsthand insight into real estate investing and long-term wealth-building strategies. My background as an owner/builder working closely with contractors and trade professionals allows me to guide clients with confidence when it comes to renovations, property potential, and making informed decisions. I’ve served clients throughout Florida, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, and Fleming Island, and I’m now focused on Volusia and Flagler Counties—Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, and New Smyrna Beach. Originally from the Chicago area, I’ve lived in Florida for over 33 years and have deep knowledge of its coastal and luxury markets. I specialize in helping out-of-state clients relocate with ease into Florida’s warm climate, waterfront lifestyle, and resort-style living. I also enjoy working with investors, renovation-minded buyers, and first-time homebuyers taking their first step into ownership. Outside of real estate, I enjoy landscaping, design, and transforming spaces inside and out. My family and grandkids are my greatest joy, and I’m grateful for a grounded, Christ-centered home life.
