Chad Singer has developed an outstanding reputation in real estate, speaking as an industry leader to thousands of agents and setting numerous sales records. He recently sold the most expensive cost per foot home in the Castellammare area of the Pacific Palisades. He has taken the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert class) and was Amalfi’s Blue Diamond award recipient for the past 4 years, given to the agent with the most sales. Early in his career, Mr. Singer was awarded the Rookie of the Year from 1000 SIDE agents, and most recently was recognized as a 40 under 40 in the Texas real estate market. Most importantly, Mr. Singer was awarded Amalfi’s “The Amalfi” Award for the past 3 years, given to the agent who best embodies Amalfi’s core values and cultural excellence.
