Charles has been in the wider real estate industry for over 20 years and has experience in nearly all types of real estate transactions. Beginning in the early 2000’s helping manage lease legal issues for the Land Department of the State of Texas before moving to the private sector and joining a team that managed commercial leases of private land, Charles got a jumpstart in the areas of title and contract negotiations. First in Colorado in 2012, he sold fractional interests up in the mountains in Avon/Edwards for a large national company, completing over 100 transactions during that time. The company moved him to Palm Desert California, where he ultimately became a licensed California broker for four years and successfully started, ran, and sold a short term vacation rental company managing over 45 homes. After a stint improving and selling homes in Kansas City during COVID, a rough breakup inspired a return to Colorado and joining an incredible brokerage in Denver. He found himself perfectly situated with an incredible seasoned team to help both sellers and buyers in the tricky post-Covid market. While no transaction is simple at present, Charles has the experience and the drive to guide clients into the best possible outcome for them every step of the way.
