Hi, I’m Christina Gorlinsky, and I serve Manatee and Sarasota counties. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2013, and what I love most about this career is helping people navigate some of the most important decisions in their lives. Buying or selling a home is a major milestone, and I enjoy guiding my clients through that process while making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’ve lived in this area for about 10 years, and what I love most about Sarasota is the lifestyle. From the white quartz sand beaches and beautiful waterways to boating, farmers markets, and waterfront restaurants, it’s a place where people truly enjoy the outdoors and a strong sense of community. Many of the clients I work with are first-time buyers and investors, and my favorite part of the process is getting to know each client and understanding what matters most to them. I focus on clear communication, careful planning, and protecting my clients’ best interests every step of the way. Outside of real estate, I’ve been figure skating since I was six years old, and I also train in Latin ballroom dancing. I love staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
