A Los Angeles native and graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business, I have spent more than 35 years building a successful career in real estate, investment, and property development. I began my real estate career in 1991, founding a company focused on acquiring, renovating, and reselling distressed properties. Over the years, I have overseen the acquisition, development, renovation, management, and sale of a wide range of assets, including land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with a combined value exceeding $1 billion. Prior to founding CAPS Realty, I served as Regional Vice President for Invitation Homes, a division of The Blackstone Group, one of the world's leading investment firms. In that role, I directed the acquisition of approximately 1,800 properties throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, helping build one of the nation's largest single-family rental portfolios. Today, as Broker/Owner of CAPS Realty, I leverage decades of hands-on experience, market knowledge, and investment expertise to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
