Dale Jones was born in Tokyo Japan during his father's 23 years of service with the United States Air Force. He moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina when he was 3 years old. While living in the south, he earned experience in customer service as a bartender from fine dining to high volume. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2001, he pursued a career in real estate and became a licensed Realtor in 2003. He easily implemented his customer service experience into his business and this practice paid off when he opened his own company, Shelter Realty, in 2010. He was able to grow his company from a starter to a mid-size corporation in a short time and expand the property management division to over 546 managed properties in a 3-year period with 28 agents including 10 full time employees. In March of 2013, he sold this company so he could concentrate on building a real estate sales team with his brother. When that business grew quickly too, he decided to open a family owned and operated real estate company in October of 2015.
