After graduating magna cum laude from the Marshall School of Business at USC, he began his professional career working for an internationally recognized architectural design-development firm. As Vice President he gained in-depth knowledge of design, construction, zoning and land use and led domestic and international commercial and residential ventures resulting in multi-million dollar real estate transactions. Dan has worked with an impressive array of clients: from entertainment executives and high profile celebrities, to luxury home buyers and sellers, and to developers and real estate investors, as well as first time buyers. His experience also includes both commercial and industrial sales and leases, short sales, REITS, Multi-family, raw land transactions, and 1031 exchanges. He has also been involved in numerous real estate deals as an investor and developer and owns a large private portfolio of investment property throughout California, Montana, and Florida. Dan is known for his exceptional work ethic, intimate knowledge of the market, friendly demeanor, and exemplary negotiation skills. From first time buyers to seasoned sophisticated investors, he excels at complex negotiations and transactions and leverages these abilities to simplify the process for his clients ensuring their sale or purchase goes as smoothly as possible, while maintaining an ongoing relationship with his clients and making sure their needs are continually met long after a transaction has closed.
