I am a native Vermonter who moved away in my mid 30's and returned home in 2006 starting my career in Real Estate doing site inspections and condition reports for lenders. This has given me a unique insight into the Housing and financing market. I received my agent's license in 2009 and my brokers licence in 2012. I became the principal broker for Perrotty realty in 2014. I enjoy the small town lifestyle while living in the tristate area allows easy access to many art and music venues. When I am not enjoying a concert you can find me having coffee with family and friend hopefully playing cards.
