I am a previous Art Teacher, an active Artist and Photographer, and not your average run of the mill full-time local Realtor. I have seen so many changes throughout my lifetime, here locally in our metro-plex. I have been working with buyers and sellers full-time since 2004. I received my BFA in Fine Arts at the University of North Texas. Currently I work out of my home office. I cover basically the heart of what makes up of our metroplex. Many of the highways and expansions, I remember starting out as nothing or as simple streets. I am keen on what areas are growing, developing, appreciating, and how to go about serving your needs properly. Sometimes that means meeting with the City on proposed changes. Other times it is as simple as a one page document changing the terms to benefit your needs.
