Welcome!...I want to take a moment to tell you a bit about myself when considering me as your REALTOR. I am originally from the Ohio Valley, but lived in Las Vegas NV for several years and attended freshman year college at U.N.L.V. with a focus in business. Moved back to the Ohio valley and obtained my bachelors at West Liberty State College in Criminal J. 2002. Shortly after I enlisted into the military then completed Officer Candidate School with a focus in Intelligence/Analysis. In 2005 deployed to the middle east and later retired in 2013. I currently reside in the Wheeling area as a full time agent and a father of two energetic children in which I’m highly involved including coaching their travel sports! My interest in the field of real estate had started as a student in college. After buying our first home I soon realized the investment and commitment a buyer truly makes after their purchase. I understand the array of feelings that both a home buyer and seller can experience in trying to achieve their goals alone. Unfortunately as a new home buyer I've experienced FIRST HAND the stress and unfortunate scenario new buyers can face when the details of a property are not disclosed, presented clearly, or even worse fraudulent. As a seller I understand the mindset of a homeowner wanting to get the most out of the sale of their home, when considering the time and effort homeowners take in making their house a home. Also I understand the sentimental attachment homeowners have to their home and the difficulty in FIRST choosing to sell and moving on or even the possibility of entertaining the pros & cons of leasing to a stranger. In addition at a young age I've had the experience of managing properties for relatives that were physically and mentally unable any longer. In the rental/property management arena of real estate I’ve grown a passion for helping landlords source the right tenants and minimize their involvement so that they profit from my services and their expenses and involvement are minimized. I have applied what I've learned first hand to inform clients to the best of my ability at all times, and partner in navigating any obstacles that arise in the life of our agreement. I continue to actively develop myself, grow my knowledge base, and strive to improve in each deal more efficiently and tailored to your individual needs and goals. In closing I am well aware of the numerous options to pick from in this era, there are agents all up and down the Ohio Valley. Everybody knows an “agent” right? From my 10 years of experience, buying or selling a home takes more than a contract. Deals don't magically get to the closing table without constant results from an agent. As your REALTOR I vow to take the responsibility as a PARTNER. I truly believe in loyalty, duty, perseverance both in my personal life and in this business. I know the meaning of success for both you as my client and for myself is ultimately measured by satisfaction during and after we have reached the finish line.
