David, a native of Massachusetts, first moved to Cape Coral in 1980. A son of two professional educators, grandson of a successful Real Estate Commercial and Residential Broker in Western Mass, David grew up to appreciate helping other people through hard work and diligence from the fostering influence of his grandfather and parents. This passion for serving other people by becoming a dependable, responsive, and reliable advisor and confident leader led David to pursue a career as a teacher. David spent 11 years as a professional educator, both in the elementary school and college ranks. Having served as the Student Government President in College, earning a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, and spending 6 weeks in Europe as part of an intensive International Peace Institute, David had a passion for doing more than teaching. This led to David becoming a REALTOR® in Massachusetts in 2005. David then moved back to Florida in 2012, working in the real estate title industry, helping REALTORS® because of his background in education, leadership, real estate, and training. Working with REALTORS® naturally re-fueled his passion for the real estate industry as David began is participation in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and his membership in the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association. His hobbies include Camping, kayaking, gardening, cooking, connecting with people from around the world, and spending quality time with friends and family.
