David grew up in the Montgomery County area and saw the opportunities real estate could provide to his clients. Some of his specialties involve helping families moving into their second homes, showing first time home-buyer clients how to house hack, helping investor clients find profitable flip opportunities and assisting with property management of their rentals all across the DMV. Having being coached and mentored by top producers in the DMV area, David is fully-equipped to serve you and your real estate needs. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, a seller looking to list your home, a renter looking for your next lease, or a builder looking for your next lot. Our teams expertise in market research, use of technology, social media marketing, prospecting, videography, and photography will be directed and dedicated to your goals. David grew up in Montgomery County Area. He also attended Arizona State University earning a degree in Business Administration through the W.P Carey School of Business. His skills in marketing and negotiation give him a unique insight into how to bargain, market properties and find the best deal. When David isn't on the run he enjoys traveling and learning new cultures, enjoying a good cup of a coffee in a cafe, and an occasional happy hour.
