I started as a Mortgage Broker arranging loans full time from 1986 to 1989 then transitioned to full time Real Estate Sales in 1989 working at large Brokerage firms and independent Brokerage firms. Currently I'm the Owner/Broker of GreatWest Realty, Over the years of selling Real Estate, I've assisted Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of properties in 10 counties throughout California. The properties I listed for sale and sold were owner occupied, tenant occupied, vacant homes, out of state absentee owners, vacant land, banking institutions and also represent the State of CA Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) for property disposition. I’ve also been an onsite and offsite property manager for family, senior, disabled and handicapped rentals.
