I’m a New York–licensed real estate salesperson and the co-founder of Shore to Peak Team @ eXp Realty, serving Clinton and Essex Counties in northeastern New York. I live on the shores of Lake Champlain with my husband and business partner, Tim Melin, and our two children, which gives me a strong personal connection to the community and the market we serve. Tim and I have worked together since our college days in the Adirondacks, collaborating on projects and problem-solving long before real estate became our career. Our professional paths took us across New York, including time in the Buffalo metropolitan market, where we developed strong systems and a disciplined, client-first approach. We’ve since brought that experience back home. Together, we work with our clients, focusing on clarity, organization, and steady communication throughout each transaction. Tim’s background in quality control brings precision and structure to our process, ensuring that everyone involved is always aware of what’s happening and what comes next. My background as a paralegal adds a strong analytical foundation to our work. With experience in estate administration, estate planning, asset protection, title analysis, and real estate closings, I’m able to anticipate challenges and approach transactions with a solution-focused mindset. I work closely with attorneys, lenders, and agents to keep deals moving smoothly.
