She is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer licensed in 5 states, Alabama, Texas, California, and Florida . Debra has her Brokers license and held her general contractors license for a number of years. Debra built multi million dollar homes in both CA. and AL. up until the crash in 2008 when she decided to focus on the sales end rather than the building end of the business. She also holds accreditation's as a CSP Construction Sales Professional, ABR Accredited Buyers Representative she is Certified in Luxury Homes Marketing CHLMS and is a Certified Home Stager as well as being Cartus Military Relo approved. Debra has extensive experience in both Real Estate & New Construction but she also did Mortgages for several years. She stays current on all the latest technology trends in Real Estate Sales, Design and Mortgage Finance, Debra comes from a military family background, she was born in Germany. She has a German mother and her father was from North Alabama. They lived all over the world moving on average every two years. Moving the way she did, and the stress that goes along with trying to sell a home and locate a new one in a new maybe unknown area. She has a keen understanding of relocation and what all goes along with it.
