My real estate journey began at just 19 years old as an assistant in a busy brokerage office in California, managing over 80 agents. Immersed in the fast-paced environment, I quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry. In 1995, I became a licensed Realtor and built my business on the principles of trust, knowledge, and integrity—values that earned me a 90% referral-based clientele. Over the years, I expanded my expertise by also obtaining a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in California, giving me a deep understanding of the lending side of real estate—a skill set that truly sets me apart from most agents. In 2010, I became a licensed broker and opened my own firm, managing a team of 10 agents and offering both real estate and mortgage services. In 2015, my husband and I purchased a home in Florida, and after thoughtful consideration, I made the decision to relocate full-time in 2016. I joined Lang Realty as an assistant to top-producing agent Kay Rodriguez, later earning my Florida real estate license and becoming her business partner. I love working with both buyers and sellers and have a special passion for investment properties, first-time homebuyers, and move-up buyers. Whether helping clients secure their first home or grow their investment portfolio, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to every transaction.
