I'm in business a service business as it is to serve people plain and simple. This is all about you not me. I want you to be confident when you contact me. So I'll tell you just a little bit about myself. Did 16 years as a real estate broker and took a couple years off just thinking about retiring but just wasn't ready for it at all so I'm back. I miss working with people interacting with folks and helping them to do one of the greatest purchases of their life or a sale if that's what's needed. I was a top listing agent one of my years in a large brokerage and a regular very good producer. One thing I'm particularly proud of is I never had any legal issue with any client I've served never had a registered complaint. I simply choose to take care of people with the highest of ethics. Addition to my 16 years I have 2,000 hours of real estate appraisal education at clover Park technical institute in Lakewood Washington. I also had about 10 years as an investor with my family group brothers and sisters purchasing and selling properties and running some rental properties too. So contact me I will make things as easy as possible for you though it can be difficult at times my job is to make it understandable and as smooth as possible and keep you whole. I conduct my business in English primarily speak just a little bit of Korea enough to be polite. And I have served the Korean American community quite extensively.
