I'm Drew Smyth, and I lead the amazing team at Smyth Properties Group here in Los Angeles, specializing in luxury homes throughout LA's coolest neighborhoods like Los Feliz, Silverlake, Pasadena, Hollywood, and Glendale. But here's the thing: I don't just sell houses, I make dreams happen and have a blast doing it! I treat every client like family (seriously, you'll probably end up getting invited to my BBQs), and my approach is simple: listen to what you actually want, then move heaven and earth to make it happen. I came from car sales, learned the streets, and now I flip houses for fun (okay, and profit), which means I see opportunities where others see problems and can spot a diamond in the rough from a mile away. I have connections for everything from creative financing to the best contractors in town, and I actually know what it's like to renovate a bathroom at 2 AM, so when I tell you something is or isn't worth it, you can trust me.
