Dulce began her real estate career in 2001 in condo-conversion sales, working primarily with developers and investors in the Miami area. She successfully sold out the projects with $243 million in sales for the developer and its equity partners. In 2003, Dulce started as a real estate associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate one of the largest brokerages specializing in the single-family and condominium home market. In 2005, she began working at a nationally recognized firm known as Keller Williams Realty working the Broward, Dade and Palm Beach County areas. During 2005 and 2015, Dulce specialized in residential resales, pre-construction, short sales and foreclosures. Her standard of ethical conduct, commitment and service lead her to pursue her Brokers certification. In 2015, Dulce launched her own boutique brokerage firm, Sun Dream Realty, Inc operating as principle Broker. After putting together an exceptional sales team she reunites forces with Keller Williams Realty in Weston, Florida. In 2017, Dulce’s older son David joins the business as a real estate associate where she begins a mother son team. By 2018, her younger son Cris also joins the team as a buyer specialist. In 2021, Dulce relaunched her own brokerage firm as Frontline Homes Real Estate a mother-son team of three, which gave each of them a chance to reach new clients and cover more ground. Together, the three of them managed to divide their business between Dulce Fernandez's home base in South Florida, David covering in North Florida, and Cris's recent expansion into Georgia in 2024. Dulce's 20 year plus record of success in the industry, translates to outstanding results for every customer her team serves.
