For over 15 years, I served as CEO of Home Mods Inc, a residential redevelopment company I built to turn overlooked properties into standout investments throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Poconos. My team and I managed every stage of the transaction ourselves — acquisition, design, remodeling, staging, marketing, and sale — delivering consistent, well-managed returns for our partners and investors. Before that, I spent over a decade managing teams in the entertainment industry's post-production film world, which shaped how I approach real estate today: disciplined project management, sharp negotiation, and a relentless focus on quality and client experience. I'm a Penn State graduate (2000), hold a Master's in Business from Wilkes University, am GREEN Certified, and completed the FortuneBuilders Mastery Program in real estate investing. Today, I bring all of that experience to my clients as a Realtor — helping them get the most value out of their biggest asset: their home.
