Hi, I’m Emily Coates, a real estate agent with eXp Realty serving Lynchburg and the surrounding Central Virginia areas. My passion for real estate comes from helping people find a place that truly feels like home, whether that’s a first home, a new chapter, or an investment opportunity. I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration and Data Analysis with a focus in Real Estate Management, giving me a strong foundation in both the numbers behind a transaction and the personal side of the home buying process. Growing up in the Lynchburg area, I have a deep appreciation for the community, neighborhoods, and everything this area has to offer. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a major life decision. My goal is to make the process clear, organized, and as stress free as possible. As an agent, I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving my clients with honesty and care.
