I’m Eric Wason, a REALTOR® with M² Realty Group, serving South Monterey County, the Salinas Valley, and surrounding California communities. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent nearly 30 years as a licensed contractor and business owner in the garage door, gate, construction, and home improvement industry. That background gives me a practical eye for property condition, repairs, value, and what it takes to get a home ready to sell. I work alongside my wife, Monica Wason, Broker of M² Realty Group.
