I’m a full-time Realtor and co-owner of M² Realty Group, and my focus is simple: help homeowners sell for top dollar while keeping as much of their equity as possible. I work with sellers throughout California. Our brokerage is based in Salinas, I live in King City (South County), and I go wherever the deal makes sense. Distance doesn’t matter—results do. Before real estate, I spent nearly 30 years owning and operating a construction and home renovation company, working on properties across California before selling the business. I don’t just “list” homes—I understand how they’re built, how buyers evaluate them, and which improvements actually increase value versus burning cash. That insight allows me to price aggressively, prep intelligently, and negotiate from a position of strength. I specialize in strategic pricing, strong market positioning, and a discounted full-service listing model designed to help sellers net more at closing—not give it away in commissions or unnecessary repairs.
