Her relentless pursuit of a better life for our family has made her my enduring role model. After my father’s untimely passing, she completed and sold over 30 housing projects he had started, inspiring me with her tenacity and work ethic. Her success opened my eyes to the lucrative possibilities in real estate, and I've carried her lessons with me ever since. After graduating from San Francisco State University, I moved to sunny San Diego, where I quickly recognized that paying monthly rent was far less rewarding than paying for something that offered ownership potential. This realization drove my family and me to buy our first cozy condo. Over the years, as our family grew, we continued upgrading until we finally settled into a 4,700-square-foot home on a half-acre lot in Carmel Valley—a far cry from our early days as renters.
