Gayle Ching, a devoted and passionate real estate professional, is dedicated to helping her clients discover their own slice of paradise. With a residence in Hawaii since 1986, Gayle's journey in real estate began in 1980 in Northern California. Specializing in golf, country club, estate, and ranch land living, she honed her skills and knowledge, which she later brought to the captivating landscapes of the Big Island. Upon her move, Gayle immersed herself in development real estate, collaborating with high-profile developers, acquainting herself with the Islands, and establishing a reputation as a reliable and efficient real estate expert. In 1996, she became the Owner and CEO of her own brokerage, serving the Kona and Kohala Coast for 12 years. Her expertise encompassed resort properties, second homes, luxury real estate, ranch and vacant land, and commercial and residential projects, including Kohanaiki Industrial Park, Hale Kehau, and Hualalai Villages. Gayle is an active member of the Hawai'i Island Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Hawai'i Multiple Listings Service. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Gayle finds joy in spending time with friends and family, as well as the array of animals she has adopted over the years, including orphaned horses, sheep, and a Nightingale (donkey).
