I’m Gennyfer Santel, a licensed real estate broker with Better Homes and Gardens Realty Partners, helping clients throughout the Portland metro area — and across Oregon — buy, sell, and start their next chapter with confidence. Homes have been my passion for as long as I can remember. While other kids were pinning up posters, I was creating design boards with pages from Better Homes and Gardens and Architectural Digest. That early spark evolved into a 25-year career in advertising and marketing, leading national campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Today, that same mix of creativity and strategic thinking powers my approach to real estate. My business is built around one guiding belief: Presentation gets attention. Strategy gets results.
