I'm Ginny Ritz and I have over 37 years of Real Estate experience including Residential, Business, Agricultural and Commercial; Foreclosures, Short Sales, Exchanges and Investments including buying within your IRA/SEP. I believe my strengths as they pertain to successful Real Estate transactions are; my problem avoidance/solving abilities, my creativity, and my "Can-do" attitude. I am an "Energizer Bunny" which really comes in handy in this fast paced business! I look at myself, not as a salesperson, but as an educator. My top designation is Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), I have also accomplished 2 of the 4 classes toward the Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM). Past careers include a vast background in Manufacturing, with a Top Secret Clearance with the Dept. of Energy. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pepperdine University and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
