I’m Giuseppe “Joe” Pistone, a Broker Associate and Co-Founder of the Pistone Clemente Group at CENTURY 21 Integra. I’ve called South Florida home since 1981 and have been helping homeowners, buyers, and investors navigate the local real estate market since 2003. With more than 23 years of experience, I understand that successfully selling a home takes more than putting it on the market. It requires the right pricing strategy, strong marketing, skilled negotiation, consistent communication, and a clear plan from listing through closing. Together with my wife and business partner, Peggy Clemente Pistone, we provide personalized, hands-on service throughout Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Davie, Miramar, Hollywood, Weston, and surrounding South Florida communities. We work with traditional home sellers as well as families navigating downsizing, relocation, inherited properties, and probate real estate.
