I specialize in listing and selling residential waterfront and inland real estate on the Eastern and Western Shores of Maryland. As a local expert, I cover Talbot County—serving areas like Easton, St. Michaels, Oxford, Trappe, Tilghman, Bozman, Sherwood, Neavitt, Cordova, and the Wye—as well as Queen Anne County, including Stevensville, Chester, Grasonville, Kent Island, plus parts of Caroline and Upper Dorchester Counties. For large waterfront estates, I travel within a 2-hour radius of Easton. With over 40 years as a full-time REALTOR®, my current roles include Broker/Owner of G. B. Costa’s Reality and Associate Broker and Team Leader with Keller Williams Select Realtors, covering the Easton and Annapolis markets. I genuinely enjoy the relaxed pace and friendly culture of the Eastern Shore, a refreshing contrast to the nearby metro areas. Despite the laid-back atmosphere, the Shore is conveniently located within reach of Annapolis, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia—offering the best of both worlds: modern amenities without the hustle and bustle. The Eastern Shore offers incredible opportunities for fishing, crabbing, hunting, boating, golfing, and dining at great restaurants. On a personal note, I share my home with my two Toy Poodles, Cayenne and Sage, and my youngest dog, Tito, a Havapoo. I love spending time on the water, boating along the Miles River and the Eastern Bay, and working on my golf game—though I’ll admit it still needs work! I also enjoy volunteering, supporting the Humane Society, and cherishing my friendships throughout my career and life on the Shore.
