He is the founder of The Stiles Group, a top-producing real estate team, and the Broker/Owner of NextHome NTX Real Estate, NTX Commercial, NTX Property Partners, and Thunderstruck Realty, a referral-only brokerage. Prior to launching his own firms, he led the commercial division of RE/MAX Trinity as President for a decade, overseeing operations in Fort Worth, Southlake, and Weatherford. Graham’s influence extends well beyond the DFW area. A highly sought-after speaker and trainer, he has shared his expertise with more than 170,000 professionals on international stages. His credentials include numerous professional designations—CCIM, ABR, ACP, CNS, CMS, CUE, and MFE—and he has completed advanced studies at The Risk Management College.
