As a native Tucsonan, I have spent my life learning, working, and growing right here in the Old Pueblo. As a youngster I grew up on Tucson’s south side, then years later found myself traveling between my parents homes, at the time one located on the southwest side of town and the other on Tucson’s east side. I even spent some time living in Vail while in high school, this was before Vail was the booming town it is now, back when there were only cacti in place of what are now homes, the closest (and only) store being the Roadrunner market at Houghton and Sahuarita Roads. I finished high school going back and forth between my two homes, seemingly located on separate sides of the earth at that point. During and immediately after college, I spent my time living in the amazing neighborhoods surrounding the University of Arizona. I have been fortunate enough to live downtown in historic Armory Park and Barrio Viejo, where the homes outdated the actual state of Arizona. I have lived right in the middle of the action in West University, Jefferson Park, and Sam Hughes. After meeting my wife and spending a few years downtown together, we ended up settling down on Tucson’s northwest side, where we still reside near Casas Adobes with our three children. I am fortunate to have lived and spent time in nearly every corner of Tucson and thankfully so, this allows me to share all of my Tucson expertise with you. It is not just where I’ve lived that makes me the best person to help you with your real estate needs, my vast background in Construction, customer service, and finance all helped lead me to become one of the top real estate advisors in Tucson. Growing up the son of a Journeyman carpenter and Licensed contractor, I spent most of my formative years building. From the weekends in my childhood and all the way up to starting my career in real estate, I spent countless days on jobsites, learning how to operate heavy equipment and doing everything from concrete to roofing. I am familiar with all different types of residential building here in Tucson. While construction was always in my background, I have also spent time as a freight driver, traveling all over southern Arizona, in the service and hospitality industries allowing me to sharpen my people skills, and as a relationship banker, helping my clients build their wealth through investments and home ownership. All of these paths led me to where I really belong, right here helping people just like you.
