Greg McCarthy grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts and relocated to Maine’s Midcoast in 2015 — a move he’s never regretted. That firsthand experience as a Boston-area transplant gives him a perspective that resonates with many of today’s buyers who are drawn to Maine for its quality of life, outdoor beauty, and strong sense of community. A background in public service shaped the way Greg works: with attention to detail, honesty, and a focus on doing right by the people he serves. Greg has a particular focus on investment and multi-family properties, with personal investing experience that keeps him sharp and engaged in the market. He serves buyers and sellers across the Midcoast through River’s Edge Realty in Topsham. Outside of work, Greg is a husband and father of two young kids, which gives him a personal stake in the kind of community and quality of life Maine offers.
