I specialize in sales of residential and income property in San Francisco and Marin County. For over two decades I've been involved in Real Estate sales and mortgage lending. In addition to my intense marketing and advertising campaigns, sellers are offered home preparation services, including cleaning, painting, landscaping, pest control inspections, home warranty plans, etc. Buyers get to utilize my aggressive search methods and negotiating skills, and often receive significant help in paying some closing costs. I also am associated with relocation companies that can help a client buy, or sell almost anywhere in the country.
