I was a licensed Real Estate Broker/Principal Broker in the State of Oregon for 17 years with Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Premiere Property Group, LLC. and we moved from there to Texas in 2019 and then to Mena Arkansas in 2022. In early 2025 I decided that I missed being in Real Estate as I love working with people and meeting new people and looking at property.  I haven't ever considered myself a sales-person, more of a match maker, marketer and data miner!  I worked in the Technology industry for 34 years before leaving that fully in 2022 with our move to Arkansas.  I have lots of experience working with both buyers and sellers.  I have represented all sorts of transactions; residential, multiplexes, farms, raw land.  I love creating CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) for sellers to show them where their property fits in the market and what similar properties are selling for.  I create lovely full color flyers when needed and present those at my listings.  I am Honest, Trustworthy, Hard-Working and Fun!
