With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Hilda is known for her client-first philosophy and trusted leadership in the industry. She began her career in Atlanta in 1996, earning recognition with awards such as Rising Star, Top Selling Agent, Million Dollar Circle, and Top Listing Agent. In 2008, she established her own firm, where she now serves as Broker-In-Charge, combining integrity, market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a strong professional network to guide both buyers and sellers. In addition to her success in real estate, Hilda is a dedicated leader in education. She is the Founder and Board President of two tuition-free public charter schools: Wake Forest Charter Academy (K–8), established in 2014, and Wake Preparatory Academy (K–12), opened in 2022. Together, the schools serve more than 3,200 students with a commitment to high-quality education. Her education leadership extends statewide through her service on the North Carolina State Charter Schools Advisory/Review Board, where she was appointed for multiple terms between 2015 and 2025. A retired “on paper” middle school mathematics educator of 28 years, Hilda has also served as a Curriculum Specialist and remains active in professional and service organizations. She is a longtime member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International for Key Women Educators, where she served as NC State President (2023–2025), representing more than 3,000 members across the state. She has also held numerous leadership roles in the Wake Forest Woman’s Club, where she was named Clubwoman of the Year for outstanding service. In 2021, she was honored as a Town of Wake Forest Black History Month Honor Roll Honoree for her commitment to education and community advocacy. Hilda is married to a retired biochemist and Realtor®; they share 5 children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-granddaughters. Beyond her professional and community leadership, Hilda enjoys gardening, traveling, and volunteering through her church and local outreach programs. She remains committed to excellence, service, and making a positive impact on the lives of others
