His experience spans multiple industries, including retail, wholesale, plumbing and HVAC, luxury vehicles, and real estate. He studied business at the College of the Rockies and has spent decades refining his skills in customer service, negotiation, and relationship- building.Jacob believes that homes and investments are among the most important parts of a person’s life. As both a homeowner and investor, he is genuinely excited to help clients buy, sell, and lease properties in ways that improve their lives and strengthen their finances. His approach is rooted in education, honesty, and setting realistic expectations—making the process as simple and transparent as possible.Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Jacob relocated to Houston in 2015 and proudly calls it home. Above all else, clients can expect his best effort and complete honesty in every interaction.Outside of real estate, Jacob is fueled by his faith, family, and love of the great outdoors. He enjoys spending time camping, sitting in a treestand, traveling the world, or checking out a new brewery or winery. He lives by the belief: “Have the courage to be different.
